How Mario’s Italian Restaurant Began
Our story started with a passion for sharing real Italian food with the Chambersburg community. At 831 Wayne Ave, we opened Mario’s Italian Restaurant with the goal of creating a place where people could come together over classic dishes. From the beginning, our focus has been on traditional entrees, fresh pizza, and pasta served with care in a setting that feels easy and welcoming.
Carrying on Italian Traditions
At Mario’s, we keep Italian traditions alive through every dish on our menu. Pizza, pasta, and hearty entrees are prepared the way we learned growing up, with recipes that honor family roots. Guests can enjoy meals in a dining room decorated with murals, giving the space its own character, or sit outside with a drink from our cocktail menu. We also offer vegetarian choices so everyone can feel at home around our table.

Guests can dine in, order takeout, or choose delivery, and we make the experience easy from start to finish. We are open Tuesday through Saturday to welcome the Chambersburg community and beyond.
